One primary motivation for highlighting Black businesses is to address historical and systemic inequality in economic possibilities. Throughout history, Black entrepreneurs have encountered discrimination, limited access to financing, and unequal commercial possibilities. By aggressively featuring and supporting Black businesses, we help to address these inequities and promote economic fairness. This recognition contributes to the breakdown of barriers and the creation of a more inclusive business climate, helping Black entrepreneurs to gain attention, grow, and succeed.

For this feature, I present to you Ashlea Taylor Barber

Ashlea_In_ Favor, The Relationship Restorer (Speaking Favor and Grace LLC) is a Speaking Engagement company that works in conjunction with Favor and Grace Under Fire to bring Workshops, Masterclass, Retreats, Trainings and Keynote Address presentations in the areas of Ministry, Workspaces, and Self. The goal of the company is to restore relationships within the different sectors as well as educate to bring embodied change. 

Ashlea is also the founder of Favor and Grace Under Fire, a therapy and Consulting Company that strives to help folks move through life transitions and break dysfunctional patterns when they are under fire with favor and grace by means of therapy and consulting.

They are comprised of highly knowledgeable culturally competent and authentically woke therapists who have no shame in bring the real into the therapy room!
