Black History Month Feature: Caked Glam Co.

By NaTyshca Pickett

One primary motivation for highlighting Black businesses is to address historical and systemic inequality in economic possibilities. Throughout history, Black entrepreneurs have encountered discrimination, limited access to financing, and unequal commercial possibilities. By aggressively featuring and supporting Black businesses, we help to address these inequities and promote economic fairness. This recognition contributes to the breakdown of barriers and the creation of a more inclusive business climate, helping Black entrepreneurs to gain attention, grow, and succeed.

For this feature, I present to you Caked Glam and Co., with owner Brittany Alexander.

Caked Glam Co. is a luxury beauty studio located in the heart of Ahwatukee (Phoenix) Arizona. At Caked we offer Fine Line Tattoos, Permanent Make Up, and Lash Extension Services. In addition to these services we also offer online and in person training and education through Caked Academy.
