Black History Month Feature: Tyenesha Fields

By NaTyshca Pickett

One primary motivation for highlighting Black businesses is to address historical and systemic inequality in economic possibilities. Throughout history, Black entrepreneurs have encountered discrimination, limited access to financing, and unequal commercial possibilities. By aggressively featuring and supporting Black businesses, we help to address these inequities and promote economic fairness. This recognition contributes to the breakdown of barriers and the creation of a more inclusive business climate, helping Black entrepreneurs to gain attention, grow, and succeed.

For this feature, I present to you Tyenesha Fields of Jacinths, LLC.

“Jacinths LLC was born from a profound desire to be a catalyst for dreams. Recognizing the hurdles many face in the entrepreneurial landscape, my consulting firm has been a guiding light for numerous aspiring business owners. By offering tailored guidance, strategic insights, and hands-on support, Jacinths LLC has played an instrumental role in turning visions into viable businesses. Each success story, each thriving business is a testament to the power of guidance, determination, and unwavering belief in one's potential,” Fields explained.

Fields also expressed, “Parallel to my professional endeavors, the establishment of JHFCharity stands as a beacon of hope and transformative change. Over the years, JHFCharity has been a pillar of support, having touched the lives of thousands within our community. Through various initiatives, from housing assistance to entrepreneurial mentorship, we've endeavored to address multifaceted challenges and pave pathways for sustainable growth and prosperity.”

“Celebrating six years of JHFCharity's existence in February 2024 isn't merely a milestone; it's a reflection of our collective achievements, challenges overcome, and the lives positively impacted. Each year has been a chapter in a narrative of resilience, compassion, and relentless pursuit of community betterment,” Fields said.
