One primary motivation for highlighting Black businesses is to address historical and systemic inequality in economic possibilities. Throughout history, Black entrepreneurs have encountered discrimination, limited access to financing, and unequal commercial possibilities. By aggressively featuring and supporting Black businesses, we help to address these inequities and promote economic fairness. This recognition contributes to the breakdown of barriers and the creation of a more inclusive business climate, helping Black entrepreneurs to gain attention, grow, and succeed.

For this feature, I present to you Iysha Wedderburn, owner of Sprinkle and Shine.

Licensed in both Arizona and New York, Iysha C. Wedderburn goes by the nickname "Esti Auntie" and is a highly regarded esthetician in both states.

She has devoted her profession to assisting people in looking and feeling their best by sharing her profound love of skincare and her dedication to empowering folks via better skin confidence.

She has been a guest speaker at many beauty schools and universities, as well as a published expert in the aesthetics sector who has contributed to several publications, to cement her place in history as an innovator in the field of esthetics.

In addition to fostering healthy, glowing skin, Iysha's goal in her work is to help her clients develop a new sense of self-love, empowerment, and confidence.
